Christopher Thomas are pleased to announce a joint letting with TRW Real Estate as Konami are secured as a sub tenant for 7,000 sq.ft. at Morgan House.

The software company took 24 parking spaces as part of the transaction and paid a headline rent of £27.50 per sq.ft. More groundbreaking transactions in the town should be announced in Windsor before Christmas as Christopher Thomas continue to outperform the market.
